They have recently launched an Equality Plan that, among others, includes new measures in the area of \u200b\u200bfamily reconciliation, internal training in this field and audits that guarantee salary equity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">During the meeting, the benefits of the female leadership model that large companies are already applying were mentioned. \u201c<em>When women reach management positions, the way of leading will change. We are more empathetic and we are more united as a team<\/em>\u201d pointed out Amparo Garc\u00eda, Development Manager of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cyrusone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cyrus One Spain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">For her part, the Manager of Investments and Subsidies of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ford.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ford Spain<\/a>, Carmen Sebastian highlighted the importance of self-confidence and mutual support, \u201c<em>we must trust ourselves and make ourselves strong. When we are a team we add more<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Despite the fact that the presence of women in the sector does not exceed 23%, Maria Luisa Collado, a professor at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsie.upv.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ETSIE of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV)<\/a>\u00a0He assured that the trend is changing.\u00a0<em>&#8220;In my time there were hardly any women in my career, now I am a teacher and I have 60% of students<\/em>\u201d.
