We are a leading multinational company in the industrial/logistics construction sector and we are looking for a TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER on site for one of our flagship projects.

What would you do on a day-to-day basis?
He/she will be responsible for leading the Technical Office of the Project, managing the resources, aiming at the fulfilment of the Project’s objectives.
His/her functions will include:
– Study and review the Project generated from Engineering.
– To always bear in mind the objectives of the Project set by Management and to transfer them to the work of the Technical Office.
– Optimise the design of the Project to adapt it to the needs of the Project. Review, analyse and monitor the execution of the assigned project to address construction problems or optimisation opportunities, actively participating in the development of better construction solutions.
– Inform Project Management and Technical Management of any deviations that occur.
– Support the execution team in solving engineering problems during the execution of the project.
– Ensure compliance with all Company procedures in the Technical Office.
– Actively participate in the development of technical reports, reports or technical studies to endorse to the client the changes proposed in the project.
– Liaise with project subcontractors.
– To follow up the Project Planning.
Requirements:
MS Project – Visio – Autocad.
Specific training in BIM.
PRL training 60 hours (basic level course).
English B2.
Experience in industrial works will be an asset.
Knowledge in Primavera P6, MSRevit and Synchro, Autodesk Civil 3D, Rhinoceros/ Grasshopper and other BIM programs (Recap, Naviworks, Infraworks, etc) will be an asset.
